Demolition and structural repair and replacement of exterior decks. Coordination of all work around occupied units. This is the second year of a 5 year program. Exterior cedar siding replacement on the majority of an 8 building, 120 unit condominium on Perdido Key. The work was complete while the units were occupied. Work included removal of existing cedar siding, replacement of rotten wood, new plywood substrate, waterproofing membrane and new cedar siding and trim. This is the third consecutive year of this phased project.

This project is a classic warehouse to residential loft renovation. The work was the remodeling the old Bill Thompson Office Equipment on Baylen Street to 5ea town houses. Work consists of shoring the existing building to receive new steel frame, securing the new frame to the existing building, elevated concrete slabs, stairwells, separate service utilities, stairwells, framed 3rd floor, unit fire separation, exterior balconies, new single ply roofing, exterior finishes, garage doors, entry doors, glass and glazing, hurricane shutters, extensive underground utility work and new sidewalks and driveways.

Santa Rosa Dunes Clubhouse is a single story structure built above the coastal flood elevation on pre-cast concrete pilings, pre-cast concrete beams, hollow core slab, wood frame, pre-engineered wood truss, standing seam metal roof and sprinklered fire protection. Full interior finishes and support services for meeting rooms, work out rooms, kitchen and offices. Scope also includes demolition of the existing structures, site improvements, utilities, sidewalks, and interface with existing pool and pool deck . . . all within the confines of adjacent and operating facilities.

Historical Renovation Project in downtown Pensacola on Government Street. Work consists of structural shoring, structural staffing, slab toppings, new custom exterior doors and windows, new bar joist and roof system, elevator addition, new front canopy/balcony system as well as painting, stucco and masonry work. This is two story building will under go major structural rehabilitation, where when finished, the first floor will accommodate restaurant services and the second floor will be a professional office space.

This project was the renovation of the existing baseball field backstop and surrounding areas with a state of the art netting backstop that included a masonry knee-wall, structural steel poles, and new masonry knee wall with associated concrete flatwork.

This project consisted of the renovation and expansion of an existing veterinary clinic. Work included new operating, boarding, storage, break and bathing areas. S. S. Dixon Intermediate Cover Play Area, Pace, Florida

This project included 5,000sf open air, free standing, steel frame and metal roof physical education building. Work included baths, shower, office, storage and covered play area. Work interfaced with existing school life safety systems, coordination with school schedule and traffic control.

This project included the exterior renovation of an eleven-unit, 30-year-old, retail shopping center. Work included removal of the entire front face, roof and replacement of same, with a new design. Work was scheduled while businesses were operating and included safety and traffic flow coordination. Renovation was steel frame and studs, stucco and metal roof and included electrical, signage and storefront removal, replacement and interface.

Work included: demolition, slab on grade, stairwells, wood framing, decks, drywall, utilities, stucco, finishes, storefront, electrical service, HVAC and plumbing.

City of Gulf Breeze Architectural Fencing Project

Owner: City of Gulf Breeze / Santa Rosa County School Board

Construction of architectural fencing along U.S. Hwy 98 in Gulf Breeze proper. Fence construction consist of 2’x2’x6’ CMU and brick veneer columns and iron fencing. Total fencing is estimated to be 1,920 lf. Work includes site layout, surveying, concrete footings and reinforcing steel.

8th Floor Renovations for Clark Partington Hart
